Fees for Surveyors

To get an idea what a particular survey will cost, it is best to speak with your Consulting Surveyor. He/She will probably refer to the Guide for Survey fees, however there are often variables which will influence the extent of the fee. In some cases it may be possible to determine the fee prior to any work being carried out, whilst in some instances it may be agreed that the final fee be based upon the actual time taken.
 
The CSV publishes an annual Guide for Survey Fees. This provides the basis for the understanding of fees. The cost of any Survey is dependent on the particular site requirement. A brief discussion with a Consulting Surveyor regarding fees is generally an obligation free exercise.
